PFML Updates You Need to Know
Employers in Maine are currently in the pre-funding stage of their new PFML program, which goes live for claims on May 1, 2026.
Maryland is right behind them. Pre-funding for Maryland begins January 1, 2027, and claims go live January 3, 2028.
