These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of The DBL Center online interfaces, including websites, mobile or desktop apps, and other online services, including, but not limited to www.insurancewholesaler.net, www.eztdb.com, DBL Center’s online chat service, and our Broker Dashboard: Net Revenue Tracker app.

In these terms and conditions, “we” and “our” mean The DBL Center, parent companies, and contractors. “You” and “your” refers to individuals, companies, organizations, or legal entities that access or use the sites. “Sites” refer to all online interfaces owned and operated by The DBL Center.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or adapt these Terms without prior notice. Your use of the Sites constitutes your agreement to accept those changes. You should review these terms occasionally to be aware of changes.

These terms do not apply to any dispute over the meaning or interpretation of insurance policies purchased through The DBL Center or licensed brokers who use The DBL Center’s services, whether or not the Site was used to purchase the policy or policies. In a dispute, the terms of your policy shall govern decisions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Sites. Use of the sites constitutes your agreement of the Terms and conditions.

Availability of Products and Services; United States Only

Certain products, services, and insurance policies offered by The DBL Center through the Sites and through our network of insurance brokers may not be available in all areas of the United States. You or your organization, company, or legal entity may not be eligible for all products, services, or policies.

The Sites are directed to and intended to be made available only to people, organizations, and legal entities in the U.S. They are not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person or entity in another country or any jurisdiction outside the U.S. where such distribution or use would go against the laws or regulations of that country, continent, or jurisdiction.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account or your access to the Sites at any time for any reason or no reason, without notice. Termination of your account could involve permanent deletion of your data. The DBL Center has no liability to you for any suspension or termination, including the loss or deletion of data. The provisions of these Terms shall survive any termination or suspension of your account.

Governing Law

Any claim rising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or use of the Sites and Content is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York. You expressly agree to submit any disputes jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the Town of Huntington, Suffolk County, New York.
